Ingredients
- 3 large carrots
- 1 stalk celery cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 apple cored and quartered
- ½ beet with the tops
- 3 handfuls of wheatgrass
- ½ handful of parsley
Instructions
- Wash the carrots, celery, apple, beet, wheatgrass, and parsley under cold water.
- Trim off the ends of the carrots and beet.
- Cut the celery into 1-inch chunks.
- Core and quarter the apple.
- Place all ingredients into the juicer and run them through according to the manufacturer’s instructions, extracting all the juice.
- Strain the juice to remove any pulp and obtain a smoother consistency.
- Pour the fresh energizing wheatgrass blend into a glass and serve immediately.
