Fun Jell-O Jigglers

Equipment

  • Jiggler’s cutters or cookie cutters for shaping

Ingredients

  • 2 large boxes Jell-O gelatin choose your favorite flavors
  • 2 ½ cups boiling water

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, stir the boiling water into the Jell-O gelatin until completely dissolved.
  • Ensure no small beads of gelatin remain.
  • Do not add cold water to maintain firmness.
  • Pour the gelatin mixture into a 9×13-inch metal pan.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  • Jigglers will be firm after 1 hour but may be challenging to remove from the pan.
  • To easily remove the jigglers, dip the bottom of the pan in warm water for 15 seconds.
  • Cut the set gelatin into fun shapes using jiggler’s cutters or cookie cutters.
  • Be sure to cut all the way through the gelatin.
  • Lift the jigglers from the pan using an index finger or a metal spatula.
  • If they stick, dip the pan again in warm water for a few seconds.
