In a mixing bowl, stir the boiling water into the Jell-O gelatin until completely dissolved.
Ensure no small beads of gelatin remain.
Do not add cold water to maintain firmness.
Pour the gelatin mixture into a 9x13-inch metal pan.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Jigglers will be firm after 1 hour but may be challenging to remove from the pan.
To easily remove the jigglers, dip the bottom of the pan in warm water for 15 seconds.
Cut the set gelatin into fun shapes using jiggler's cutters or cookie cutters.
Be sure to cut all the way through the gelatin.
Lift the jigglers from the pan using an index finger or a metal spatula.
If they stick, dip the pan again in warm water for a few seconds.
