Golden Crispy Tilapia Fillets
Crispy tilapia fillets with a golden cornmeal crust—quick, easy, and delicious!

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Sea salt and white pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup cornmeal
- 5 tilapia fillets sliced into halves
Instructions
- In a Ziploc bag, combine flour, salt, white pepper, garlic paste, olive oil, and cornmeal.
- Add the tilapia fillets and shake until well coated.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F and lightly spritz the basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated tilapia fillets in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the fillets and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
- Work in batches if necessary.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges if desired.
