Ground Pork and Cheese Casserole
A creamy, cheesy casserole with ground pork and veggies for a satisfying meal!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ pounds ground pork
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 medium-sized leek sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
- 2 carrots trimmed and sliced
- 1 2-ounce jar pimiento, drained and chopped
- 1 can 10 ¾ ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup ale
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ½ cup soft fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the Airfryer to 320°F.
- Add olive oil to a baking dish and heat in the air fryer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the ground pork, salt, and pepper to the baking dish and cook for 6 minutes, crumbling with a fork.
- Add the sliced leek and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add garlic, carrots, pimiento, cream of mushroom soup, water, ale, and cream cheese, stirring gently to combine.
- Increase the temperature to 370°F.
- Top the mixture with breadcrumbs, place the baking dish in the air fryer basket, and cook for approximately 30 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
- Serve garnished with fresh cilantro.
