Herb-Infused Turkey and Sausage Meatloaf
A savory meatloaf blend of turkey and sausage, infused with fresh herbs and topped with a tangy ketchup-molasses glaze for an extra burst of flavor.

Ingredients
- ½ cup milk
- 4 slices of bread crusts removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ½ pound ground turkey
- ½ pound ground breakfast sausage
- 1 duck egg whisked
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon brown mustard
Instructions
- Pour the milk over the bread in a shallow bowl and let it soak for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until tender and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, sausage, egg, rosemary, basil, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the milk-soaked bread and mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer it to a lightly greased pan with an olive oil mister.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, molasses, and mustard.
- Spread this glaze over the meatloaf.
- Cook for approximately 27 minutes or until the meatloaf is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
- Let the meatloaf sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
