Instructies
Pour the milk over the bread in a shallow bowl and let it soak for 5 to 6 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
Sauté the onion and garlic until tender and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, sausage, egg, rosemary, basil, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Add the milk-soaked bread and mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer it to a lightly greased pan with an olive oil mister.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, molasses, and mustard.
Spread this glaze over the meatloaf.
Cook for approximately 27 minutes or until the meatloaf is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
Let the meatloaf sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
