Herb-Spiced Cocktail Nuts

- ½ cup raw cashews
- ½ cup raw pecan halves
- ½ cup raw walnut halves
- ½ cup raw whole almonds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt reduce if using salted mixed nuts
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the nuts, olive oil, light brown sugar, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, kosher salt, ground coriander, onion powder, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Toss until the nuts are evenly coated with the herbs, spices, and sugar.
- Transfer the seasoned nuts to the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F (175°C) for about 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the nuts are golden brown and fragrant.
- Once done, transfer the cocktail nuts to a serving bowl and serve warm.
