Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all the nuts, olive oil, light brown sugar, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, kosher salt, ground coriander, onion powder, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Toss until the nuts are evenly coated with the herbs, spices, and sugar.
Transfer the seasoned nuts to the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F (175°C) for about 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the nuts are golden brown and fragrant.
Once done, transfer the cocktail nuts to a serving bowl and serve warm.
