- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
- 8 ounces lump crabmeat
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons shallots chopped
- 4 tablespoons mozzarella cheese crumbled
Instructions
- Place the slices of sourdough bread on a flat surface.
- In a mixing bowl, combine tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, chopped rosemary, lump crabmeat, granulated garlic, and chopped shallots until well mixed.
- Spread the crab mixture evenly over the sourdough slices.
