Keto Air Fryer Bagels

Ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 egg white
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 oz softened cream cheese
- Bagel seasoning
- 2 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
- In a suitable bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and coconut flour together.
- In another bowl, whisk 2 eggs and set aside.
- Add softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until well combined.
- Gradually pour in the beaten eggs while continuing to mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each into a bagel shape.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Brush the tops of the bagels with the egg white and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow the bagels to cool slightly before serving.
