Keto Chia Seed Bread

Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8×4 inch loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together chia seeds, coconut oil, almond milk, salt, eggs, almond flour, and baking soda until a smooth batter forms.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pan.
- Place the loaf pan in the air fryer basket and return it to the fryer.
- Cook for 30 minutes on Air Fryer Mode, or until the bread is firm and golden brown.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
- Slice the bread and serve.
