Korean Harmony:
- The mild, cream-colored bean curd called tofu takes readily to the typical Korean flavorings: garlic, green onions, sesame seeds, and soy sauce.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
Wine Advice:
Pair this soy-sesame tofu with a light and fruity white wine such as a Chenin Blanc or a Pinot Grigio. The wine’s crisp acidity and subtle sweetness will complement the savory and nutty flavors of the dish, creating a delightful balance on the palate.Nutritional Information
