Lemon-Basil Roasted Turkey Breast

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds turkey breasts bone-in, skin-on
- Coarse sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest grated
Instructions
- Rub olive oil on all sides of the turkey breasts and season with sea salt, black pepper, chopped basil, and grated lemon zest.
- Place the turkey breasts, skin side up, on a parchment-lined Air Fryer basket.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 330°F and cook the turkey for 30 minutes.
- Flip the turkey breasts over and cook for an additional 28 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve with lemon wedges, if desired, and enjoy this light, flavorful dish!
