Lemon Olive Chicken

- 2 pounds bone-in chicken breast
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon sliced
- ½ cup kalamata olives pitted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season the chicken with the salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Brown the chicken on all sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a greased sheet pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- At the same frying pan, add the lemon and olives, heating through.
- Serve the lemon and olives over the chicken.
