Lemon Roasted Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 6 ounces lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 can chicken broth

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, basil, oregano and rosemary, and place in slow cooker.
  • Top with half of the lemon juice.
  • Pour chicken broth over the chicken, add the garlic and the rest of the lemon juice.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 – 7 hours.
