Marinating Sauce
You can marinate your meat before adding it into goulash to enhance its flavors.
Ingredients
- Brown mustard spicy: 1 tablespoon
- White sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise: 1 ½ cups
- Apple vinegar: ¼ cup
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Minced garlic: 1 clove
- Prepared horseradish: 2 teaspoons
- Powdered black pepper: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Mix black pepper, horseradish, minced garlic, salt, apple vinegar, mayonnaise, white sugar and brown mustard in a bowl to make a smooth blend.
- Put it in the fridge for 24 – 36 hours.
- White marinating sauce is ready to use.
