Marinating Sauce

You can marinate your meat before adding it into goulash to enhance its flavors.

Ingredients

  • Brown mustard spicy: 1 tablespoon
  • White sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise: 1 ½ cups
  • Apple vinegar: ¼ cup
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Minced garlic: 1 clove
  • Prepared horseradish: 2 teaspoons
  • Powdered black pepper: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Mix black pepper, horseradish, minced garlic, salt, apple vinegar, mayonnaise, white sugar and brown mustard in a bowl to make a smooth blend.
  • Put it in the fridge for 24 – 36 hours.
  • White marinating sauce is ready to use.
