Marinating Sauce
You can marinate your meat before adding it into goulash to enhance its flavors.

Ingredients

Brown mustard
spicy: 1 tablespoon
▢
White sugar: 1 teaspoon
▢
Mayonnaise: 1 ½ cups
▢
Apple vinegar: ¼ cup
▢
Salt: 1 teaspoon
▢
Minced garlic: 1 clove
▢
Prepared horseradish: 2 teaspoons
▢
Powdered black pepper: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Mix black pepper, horseradish, minced garlic, salt, apple vinegar, mayonnaise, white sugar and brown mustard in a bowl to make a smooth blend.
Put it in the fridge for 24 – 36 hours.
White marinating sauce is ready to use.
