Meatless Black Bean Chili

- 1 ½ Cups Frozen Chopped Onions

- 1 Cup Frozen Chopped Green Bell Peppers

- 1 ½ Teaspoons Chili Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Cumin
- ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Vegetable Broth
- 1 10-Ounce Can Diced Tomatoes With Chilies, Undrained
- 1 15-Ounce Can Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream
Instructies
- Heat A Large Pot Over High Heat.
- When Hot, Add Butter, Onions, Garlic, Bell Peppers, And Salt.
- Sauté Until Vegetables Soften, About 3–4 Minutes.
- Add Squash And Continue To Cook For Another 2 Minutes.
- Add Chili Powder, Cumin, Cinnamon, Broth, Tomatoes With Juices, And Beans.
- Bring To A Boil, Then Reduce Heat And Let Simmer For 5 Minutes.
- Serve With A Dollop Of Sour Cream In Each Bowl.
