Mediterranean Veggie Wrap with Chickpea Spread
Ingrediënten
- 1 whole wheat tortilla or gluten-free tortilla
 - 1 to 2 tablespoons Chickpea Veggie Dip see recipe above
 - 1 carrot grated
 - ½ tomato thinly sliced
 - Handful of salad greens lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.
 
Instructies
- Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
 - Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of Chickpea Veggie Dip evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
 - Line the center of the tortilla with a handful of salad greens.
 - Arrange the grated carrot and thinly sliced tomato on top of the salad greens.
 - Carefully roll up the tortilla, starting from one side and rolling towards the other, to enclose the filling.
 - Slice the veggie wrap in half diagonally, if desired, and serve immediately.
 - Enjoy this delicious and nutritious Mediterranean veggie wrap as a satisfying lunch or light meal!
