Mexican Style Chicken Stew
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless, halved
- 1 ½ pounds boneless chicken breasts cubed
- 1 can medium salsa
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 package taco seasoning
- Refried rice prepared and hot
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the rice together in your slow cooker.
- Stir well and cover and cook for 6 – 8 hours on low.
