Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots
  • 2 handfuls of spinach

Instructions

  • Wash the carrots and spinach under cold water.
  • Trim off the ends of the carrots and cut them into pieces that will fit into your juicer chute.
  • Place the carrots and spinach into the juicer and run them through according to the manufacturer’s instructions, extracting all the juice.
  • Optional: If desired, strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any pulp and obtain a smoother consistency.
  • Pour the fresh carrot-spinach juice into a glass and serve immediately.
