Wash the carrots and spinach under cold water.
Trim off the ends of the carrots and cut them into pieces that will fit into your juicer chute.
Place the carrots and spinach into the juicer and run them through according to the manufacturer's instructions, extracting all the juice.
Optional: If desired, strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any pulp and obtain a smoother consistency.
Pour the fresh carrot-spinach juice into a glass and serve immediately.
