Ingredients
- 1 cup Crystal Light or any other sugar-free lemonade
- 6 oz. fat-free peach yogurt frozen
- 1 nectarine pitted and unpeeled
- 1 cup papaya seeded and peeled
Instructions
- Freeze the fat-free peach yogurt ahead of time.
- Pit and slice the nectarine, leaving the peel on.
- Peel and seed the papaya, then chop it into pieces.
- Add the sugar-free lemonade, frozen peach yogurt, nectarine slices, and chopped papaya to the blender.
