Paprika Potato Wedges in the air fryer

- 2 pounds of Idaho potatoes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan optional, for serving

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Cut the Idaho potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil, melted butter, and smoked paprika.
- Season with salt and toss the potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Keep the air fryer temperature at 400°F and set the timer for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook the wedges, turning them once halfway through, until they are golden and cooked.
