Peach Cinnamon Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches
- 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a 2- to 3-quart pan, bring about 1 quart of water to a boil over high heat.
- Immerse the peaches in boiling water for 15 seconds, then drain.
- Let the peaches cool for 1 to 2 minutes until they are cool enough to touch.
- Peel, pit, and cut the peaches into chunks.
- In a blender, combine the peach chunks, nonfat plain yogurt, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend on high speed for about 1 minute until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- Continue blending for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and frosty.
- Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve immediately.
