Instructies
In a 2- to 3-quart pan, bring about 1 quart of water to a boil over high heat.
Immerse the peaches in boiling water for 15 seconds, then drain.
Let the peaches cool for 1 to 2 minutes until they are cool enough to touch.
Peel, pit, and cut the peaches into chunks.
In a blender, combine the peach chunks, nonfat plain yogurt, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
Blend on high speed for about 1 minute until smooth.
Add the ice cubes to the blender.
Continue blending for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and frosty.
Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve immediately.
