Ingredients
- ½ pound beef sausage crumbled
- ½ pound ground beef
- ¼ cup pork rinds crushed
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 shallot finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 serrano pepper finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Knead the mixture until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a meatloaf and place it in a greased baking pan.
- Cook the meatloaf in the Air Fryer for 24 minutes.
- Remove and let it cool on a rack for 6 minutes.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
