Pilaf with Chicken and Beer
A delicious pilaf with chicken and a hint of beer, easily prepared in the Airfryer for a rich and full flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 ½ cups white rice
- 5 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup beer
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the Airfryer to 350 degrees F.
- Add the peanut oil to the baking pan and heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Then, add the rice and cook for 3 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Pour in the chicken stock and beer; cook for 20 minutes.
- Add the chicken tenders and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Check the rice for doneness.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Spoon the warm pilaf into individual bowls and serve warm.
