Instructies
Preheat the Airfryer to 350 degrees F.
Add the peanut oil to the baking pan and heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then, add the rice and cook for 3 minutes until lightly toasted.
Pour in the chicken stock and beer; cook for 20 minutes.
Add the chicken tenders and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Check the rice for doneness.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Spoon the warm pilaf into individual bowls and serve warm.
