Pomegranate Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Combine the pomegranate juice, vinegar, sugar.
  • Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat until reduced by half, about 15-18 minutes.
  • Season to taste with salt.

Brush steaks with a little melted Clarified Bacon Fat before seasoning
