Pomegranate Glaze
Ingrediënten
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
 - ½ cup balsamic vinegar
 - ¼ cup light brown sugar
 - 4 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
 - Salt
 
Instructies
- Combine the pomegranate juice, vinegar, sugar.
 - Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat until reduced by half, about 15-18 minutes.
 - Season to taste with salt.
