Ingredients
- 470 ml 2 cups vanilla soy or other nondairy milk
- 290 g 1¼ cups vanilla soy or other nondairy yogurt
- 122 g ½ cup pumpkin purée
- 42 to 84 g 2 to ¼ cup agave nectar, to taste
- ½ teaspoon rum extract or 15 ml 1 tablespoon spiced rum
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk vigorously until fully blended and smooth.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more nondairy milk if needed.
