Quick and Flavorful Gyudon Bowl
Savory Gyudon with tender rib eye slices in a flavorful Asian sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 shallot chopped
- ½ cup dashi
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons Shoyu sauce
- ½ teaspoon wasabi
- 1 pound rib eye sliced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased baking pan, stirring gently to mix.
- Cook in the preheated Air Fryer at 400°F for 7 minutes.
- Stir the mixture and cook for another 7 minutes.
- Serve with Japanese ramen noodles if desired.
