Savory Skillet Beef and Potato Goulash
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 6 baking potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 can 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 can 15.25 ounces corn, drained
- 1 can 14.5 ounces ranch-style beans
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced tomatoes with green chiles (with their juice), diced baking potatoes, tomato sauce, drained corn, and ranch-style beans to the skillet.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Reduce the heat, cover the skillet, and simmer until the potatoes are tender and the mixture has thickened, approximately 45 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking and flavor distribution.
