Spicy Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Trimmed Asparagus Spears
  • 1 Cup Sliced Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Minced Garlic Clove
  • ¼ Teaspoon Paprika Powder
  • ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil and brown the garlic.
  • Toss in the asparagus and cook until tender.
  • Add in bell peppers and the seasonings.
  • Mix to coat the asparagus evenly.
  • Plate and top with parmesan.
  • Serve immediately.
