Spicy Cajun Potato Wedges in the air fryer

  • 2 pounds of unpeeled fingerling potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • Oregano leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  • Cut the fingerling potatoes into wedges.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ground oregano, ground cumin, hot paprika, ground black pepper, ground coriander, and chili powder.
  • Add the potato wedges to the spice mixture and toss to coat the wedges evenly.
  • Keep the air fryer temperature at 400°F and set the timer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cook the wedges, turning them once halfway through, until they are golden and cooked.
  • Serve the wedges topped with oregano leaves and seasoned with salt to taste.
