Spicy Cajun Potato Wedges in the air fryer

- 2 pounds of unpeeled fingerling potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon ground oregano

- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- Oregano leaves for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Cut the fingerling potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ground oregano, ground cumin, hot paprika, ground black pepper, ground coriander, and chili powder.
- Add the potato wedges to the spice mixture and toss to coat the wedges evenly.
- Keep the air fryer temperature at 400°F and set the timer for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook the wedges, turning them once halfway through, until they are golden and cooked.
- Serve the wedges topped with oregano leaves and seasoned with salt to taste.
