  • 2 pounds scotch fillet sliced into strips
  • 4 tablespoons tortilla chips crushed
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 green onions chopped

For the Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F (199°C).
  • Coat the scotch fillet strips evenly with crushed tortilla chips.
  • Spritz with cooking spray.
  • Place the coated strips in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes, shaking the basket every 10 minutes.
  • While the beef cooks, prepare the sauce: heat butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic, rosemary, and dill, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in beef broth, fish sauce, and honey.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Once cooked, transfer the beef strips to the saucepan with the sauce and coat evenly.
  • Let sit for about 8 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
  • Optionally, serve over egg noodles.
