Teriyaki BBQ Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers

Ingredients
- 8 uncooked large shrimp peeled and cleaned
- 1 cup pineapple cubed
- 1 green pepper cut into 2-inch squares
- 1 sweet onion cut into wedges
- ¼ cup teriyaki barbecue sauce
- Cooked rice
Instructions
- Thread shrimp, pineapple, green pepper, and onion pieces alternately onto skewers.
- Place the kabobs on a lightly oiled grill pan over medium heat.
- Cook the skewers for 8 to 10 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with teriyaki barbecue sauce, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
