  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • ¾ cup grated coconut

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing the pineapple.
  • Slice it in half lengthwise and carefully remove the core.
  • Scoop out the fruit and cut it into 1-inch chunks.
  • Place the pineapple chunks in a large mixing bowl.
  • Slice the strawberries in half and peel and slice the kiwi.
  • Add them to the mixing bowl with the pineapple.
  • Cut the bananas into slices and add them to the mixing bowl with the other fruits.
  • Stir in half of the grated coconut into the fruit mixture.
  • Fill the pineapple halves with the fruit mixture, packing it in tightly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining grated coconut over the top of the fruit-filled pineapple halves.
  • Chill the Tropical Aloha Fruit Bowl in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Once chilled, serve the fruit bowl as a refreshing and tropical dessert or side dish.
