- 1 pineapple
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 kiwi
- 3 bananas
- ¾ cup grated coconut
Instructions
- Begin by preparing the pineapple.
- Slice it in half lengthwise and carefully remove the core.
- Scoop out the fruit and cut it into 1-inch chunks.
- Place the pineapple chunks in a large mixing bowl.
- Slice the strawberries in half and peel and slice the kiwi.
- Add them to the mixing bowl with the pineapple.
- Cut the bananas into slices and add them to the mixing bowl with the other fruits.
- Stir in half of the grated coconut into the fruit mixture.
- Fill the pineapple halves with the fruit mixture, packing it in tightly.
- Sprinkle the remaining grated coconut over the top of the fruit-filled pineapple halves.
- Chill the Tropical Aloha Fruit Bowl in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Once chilled, serve the fruit bowl as a refreshing and tropical dessert or side dish.
