Begin by preparing the pineapple.
Slice it in half lengthwise and carefully remove the core.
Scoop out the fruit and cut it into 1-inch chunks.
Place the pineapple chunks in a large mixing bowl.
Slice the strawberries in half and peel and slice the kiwi.
Add them to the mixing bowl with the pineapple.
Cut the bananas into slices and add them to the mixing bowl with the other fruits.
Stir in half of the grated coconut into the fruit mixture.
Fill the pineapple halves with the fruit mixture, packing it in tightly.
Sprinkle the remaining grated coconut over the top of the fruit-filled pineapple halves.
Chill the Tropical Aloha Fruit Bowl in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Once chilled, serve the fruit bowl as a refreshing and tropical dessert or side dish.
