Tropical Hawaiian Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • cup Onions chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • 6 ounces Pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Remove the wing tips from the chicken wings and cut them apart at the joint.
  • In a bowl, combine sugar, ground ginger, garlic powder, chopped onions, black pepper, soy sauce, and pineapple juice.
  • Marinate the chicken wings in the mixture for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the wings are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Serve the Tropical Hawaiian Chicken Wings warm.
