  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 mangos peeled and seed removed
  • 2 tablespoons Grade B Maple syrup
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
