Turkey Bacon with Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- ½ pound turkey bacon
- 4 eggs
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 bell pepper finely chopped
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- ½ cup Colby cheese shredded
Instructions
- Place the turkey bacon in the Air Fryer basket and cook at 360°F for 9 to 11 minutes, working in batches if necessary.
- Set aside the cooked bacon.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in the sea salt, bell pepper, and green onions.
- Brush the sides and bottom of a baking pan with 1 teaspoon of reserved bacon grease.
- Pour the egg mixture into the baking pan and place it in the Air Fryer.
- Cook at 355°F for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the shredded Colby cheese over the eggs and cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes, until the eggs are set and cheese is melted.
- Serve the cheesy scrambled eggs with the reserved bacon and enjoy!
