  • ½ pound turkey bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 bell pepper finely chopped
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • ½ cup Colby cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Place the turkey bacon in the Air Fryer basket and cook at 360°F for 9 to 11 minutes, working in batches if necessary.
  • Set aside the cooked bacon.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and yogurt until smooth.
  • Stir in the sea salt, bell pepper, and green onions.
  • Brush the sides and bottom of a baking pan with 1 teaspoon of reserved bacon grease.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the baking pan and place it in the Air Fryer.
  • Cook at 355°F for about 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the shredded Colby cheese over the eggs and cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes, until the eggs are set and cheese is melted.
  • Serve the cheesy scrambled eggs with the reserved bacon and enjoy!
