  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 10 shakes Tabasco sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the deep fryer or a large pot of oil to 375°F (190°C).
  • Fry the chicken wings in batches for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain them on paper towels.
  • In a saucepan, melt the margarine over low heat.
  • Stir in the hot sauce, honey, Tabasco sauce, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Cook until the sauce is heated through and well combined.
