Wee Lachie’s Big Prawns
Ingredients
- 16 prawn tails
- 4 limes zest and juice
- 2 cloves garlic peeled andcrushed
- 2 red chillies chopped
- 3 cm ginger scraped chopped andbruised
- 100 g unsalted butter cut into smallpieces
- 4 extra limes
- a handful chopped parsley to serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C / Gas 6.
- Arrange prawns into an ANTA Baking Dish and marinade with the remaining ingredients for 20 minutes.
- Place the dish in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately with quartered limes and parsley
