Wee Lachie’s Big Prawns

Ingredients

  • 16 prawn tails
  • 4 limes zest and juice
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled andcrushed
  • 2 red chillies chopped
  • 3 cm ginger scraped chopped andbruised
  • 100 g unsalted butter cut into smallpieces
  • 4 extra limes
  • a handful chopped parsley to serve

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C / Gas 6.
  • Arrange prawns into an ANTA Baking Dish and marinade with the remaining ingredients for 20 minutes.
  • Place the dish in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with quartered limes and parsley
