  • 3 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 7-8 sprigs of fresh oregano or 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Bragg Liquid Aminos or soy sauce

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, chopped garlic, fresh or dried oregano, honey, and Bragg Liquid Aminos.
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Transfer the vinaigrette to an airtight container for storage.
  • Store the Zesty Garlic Herb Vinaigrette in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Before serving, give the dressing a good shake or stir to recombine any separated ingredients.
  • Drizzle the vinaigrette over your favorite salads and enjoy the zesty flavors!
