Equipment

  • Food processor, Measuring spoons, Measuring cups, Rubber spatula

Ingrediënten

  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 15 oz Chickpeas canned, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Tahini

Instructies

  • Combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
  • Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Gradually add water and olive oil while processing until desired consistency is reached.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with olive oil or paprika, if desired.
