Zorba’s Budget-Friendly Hummus
Creamy, tangy hummus with a bright lemon kick, perfect for dipping or spreading.
Equipment
- Food processor, Measuring spoons, Measuring cups, Rubber spatula
Ingrediënten
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Water
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 15 oz Chickpeas canned, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Tahini
Instructies
- Combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
- Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Gradually add water and olive oil while processing until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with olive oil or paprika, if desired.
