Instructies
Combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Gradually add water and olive oil while processing until desired consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with olive oil or paprika, if desired.
