- 1 POUND THIN ASPARAGUS TRIMMED AND CUT INTO 2-INCH PIECES
- 1 TEASPOON OLIVE OIL
- ¼ TEASPOON SALT
- 1 MEDIUM YELLOW PEPPER CUT INTO THIN STRIPS
- 1 CUP PART-SKIM RICOTTA CHEESE
- 2 TABLESPOONS FRESHLY GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- ¼ TEASPOON COARSELY GROUND BLACK PEPPER
Instructies
- Prepare Homemade Pizza Dough.
- Preheat oven to 450°F; position rack at bottom.
- In small bowl, toss asparagus with oil and salt.
- Top pizza dough with pepper strips and asparagus.
- Dollop with teaspoons of ricotta; sprinkle with Parmesan and black pepper.
- Bake pizza until crust is golden and crisp, 20 to 25 minutes.
