  • Homemade Pizza Dough
  • 1 POUND THIN ASPARAGUS TRIMMED AND CUT INTO 2-INCH PIECES
  • 1 TEASPOON OLIVE OIL
  • ¼ TEASPOON SALT
  • 1 MEDIUM YELLOW PEPPER CUT INTO THIN STRIPS
  • 1 CUP PART-SKIM RICOTTA CHEESE
  • 2 TABLESPOONS FRESHLY GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
  • ¼ TEASPOON COARSELY GROUND BLACK PEPPER

Instructies

  • Prepare Homemade Pizza Dough.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F; position rack at bottom.
  • In small bowl, toss asparagus with oil and salt.
  • Top pizza dough with pepper strips and asparagus.
  • Dollop with teaspoons of ricotta; sprinkle with Parmesan and black pepper.
  • Bake pizza until crust is golden and crisp, 20 to 25 minutes.
