Instructies
Prepare Homemade Pizza Dough.
Preheat oven to 450°F; position rack at bottom.
In small bowl, toss asparagus with oil and salt.
Top pizza dough with pepper strips and asparagus.
Dollop with teaspoons of ricotta; sprinkle with Parmesan and black pepper.
Bake pizza until crust is golden and crisp, 20 to 25 minutes.
